Born in São Paulo, between the urban concrete and the remnants of the Atlantic Forest, and raised in the Axé of Bahia, I grew up immersed in competitive sports and the search for meaning. I was a professional tennis athlete before earning degrees in Business Administration and Accounting Sciences, a journey that took me behind the scenes of major corporations and, later, into the fertile ground of Ballet, psychoanalysis, education, philosophy, and regenerative leadership. A student of Cosmo Erotic Humanism, Tantra, Tibetan Yoga, and Radical Kabbalah, I am a passionate enthusiast of ancestral and ancient wisdom.
I have worked for over 15 years in strategic financial management and planning roles at large multinational companies. Along the way, I witnessed firsthand the limitations of traditional leadership and governance models — which drove me to seek new frameworks for corporate practice. Inspired by thinkers such as Dr. Marc Gafni, Ken Wilber, Humberto Maturana, and Laura Storm, I have specialized in organizational regeneration, systemic sustainability, and consciousness-based development processes.
